FEES
Each visit to the Center will generate fees for the following
services:
1.
Professional Fee from your Surgeon
The
fee charged by your surgeon covers his/her professional
services rendered. If
you have questions about the professional fee of your
surgeon, please contact his/her office.
2. Professional Fee from your
Anesthesiologist
The fee charged by your anesthesiologist covers his/her
professional services rendered. Anesthesiologists provide services in nearly all surgical
cases performed at the Center. However, there are a few types of cases which are
performed under straight local anesthesia. If your surgical procedure was done under straight
local anesthesia without any supplemental sedation, you will
not receive a professional fee from an anesthesiologist.
If you have questions about the professional fee of your
anesthesiologist, you may contact Bedford Anesthesia, PLLC at
(914) 242-2650.
3.
Pathology Services Fee
Some surgical cases require a specimen to be reviewed by a
pathologist. If you had a specimen sent to a pathology lab, you may
receive a bill for the pathology service rendered.
4.
Radiology Services Fee
Some surgical cases require x-rays to be reviewed by a
radiologist.
If you received radiology services, you may receive a bill
for the services rendered.
5.
Facility Fee from the Center
The facility fees from the Center are based upon the types of
services provided and are consistent with fees for this area.
If we are participating providers under your health plan, you
will be asked to pay only your patient obligation portion of
the bill prior to the surgery
